Research on Content Protection Mode Generated by Artificial Intelligence
With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its influence in fields such as painting,writing,and music is also increasing.At the same time,the number of AI generated content AIGCs is increasing day by day.The development of artificial intelligence technology has changed the landscape of related fields and produced many excellent content.At the same time,legal shortcomings related to AI generated content are constantly emerging.The legal protection of artificial intelligence generated content in China is still in a blank or vague state,lacking specialized legal norms and judicial practices.The current Copyright Law and related judicial interpretations in China are based on the traditional human centered creative model,and do not clearly define and regulate the content generated by artificial intelligence.Analyzing the protection mode of content generated by artificial intelligence within the scope of law can improve legislation in relevant fields in China,protect the legitimate interests of creators,and stimulate the creativity of content generated by artificial intelligence.
