摘要

为构建多维、立体协同的数字可视化消防作战指挥体系,降低系统整体建设和运维成本,探索在灭火救援中深度应用网络直播技术,采用无人机、运动相机、手机等音视频采集终端,通过5G网络或无线专网实现数据回传.结合实际作战需要,建设私有、安全的网络直播平台,满足图像灵活展示、调度的需要,为远程作战指挥提供丰富的视频场景支撑.

Abstract

In order to build a multi-dimensional,three-dimensional collaborative digital visual fire fighting command system,reduce the overall construction and operation and maintenance costs of the system,and explore the in-depth application of network live broadcast technology in fire fighting and rescue,using drones,action cameras,mobile phones and other audio and video collection terminals,realize data backhaul through 5G network or wireless private network.Combined with actual combat needs,build a private and secure online live broadcast platform to meet the needs of flexible image display and scheduling,and provide rich video scene support for remote combat command.
