摘要
全民医保背景下,我国已经建成了世界上最大的基本医疗保障体系.随着异地就医结算、医保目录调整等政策的实行,对医保档案提出了数字化建设与数字资源开发利用的新要求.文章主要从分析医保档案数字化建设与利用的特点及意义入手,结合当前医保档案数字化建设与利用的现状,提出了有针对性的策略,以供参考.
Abstract
Under the background of universal medical insurance,China has established the world's largest basic medical security system.With the implementation of policies such as remote medical settlement and adjustment of medical insurance catalogs,new requirements have been put forward for digital construction and digital resource development and utilization of medical insurance archives.The article mainly starts with analyzing the characteristics and significance of digital construction and utilization of medical insurance archives,and combines the current situation of digital construction and utilization of medical insurance archives to propose targeted strategies for reference.
