摘要
文章重点研究中国电信与中国联通4G一张网共建共享的方案与部署实现,分析了4G一张网通过双方的省网或本地网互联互通的两种部署方案及优点,分别从部署原则、组网架构、网络规划、路由安全策略等角度入手,实现4G一张网的跨运营商部署,提高了集团客户跨运营商、跨省、复杂业务的快速交付能力,极大地减少双方通信设施重复建设,共商共赢,推动了行业技术进步和社会经济高质量、经济效益多重发展.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the scheme and deployment implementation of China Telecom and China Unicom's 4G network co-construction and sharing,analyzes the two deployment schemes and advantages of 4G network interconnection through the provincial network or local network of both sides,and realizes the cross-operator deployment of 4G network from the perspectives of deployment principles,networking architecture,network planning,routing security strategy,etc.,which improves the rapid delivery ability of cross-operator,cross-provincial and complex services of group customers,greatly reduces the duplicate construction of communication facilities between the two sides,and achieves win-win results.It has promoted the technological progress of the industry and the multiple development of high-quality and economic benefits of the social economy.
