船载应急通信技术研究及系统验证

文章研究了海上应急通信技术,探讨了构建我国船载应急通信系统所需关键技术.首先,对海上应急通信的技术现状进行了分析;然后介绍了船载应急通信中的无线电通信技术、卫星通信技术、应急感知技术及应急通信调度技术,在此基础上,提出了船载应急通信系统设计方案以及通信载荷模块化设计思路;最后,通过试验验证该船载应急通信系统的可行性和有效性.研究结果表明船载应急通信系统满足海上应急通信的需求,可与岸基的应急通信系统配合形成"空天地海"的一体化应急通信方案.
Research on Shipborne Emergency Communication Technology and System Validation
This article studies maritime emergency communication technology and explores the key technologies required to build China's shipborne emergency communication system.Firstly,an analysis was conducted on the current status of emergency communication technology at sea,followed by an introduction to wireless communication technology,satellite communication technology,emergency perception technology,and emergency communication scheduling technology for shipborne emergency communication.On this basis,a design scheme for shipborne emergency communication system and a modular design approach for communication payload were proposed.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the onboard emergency communication system were verified through experiments.The research results indicate that the shipborne emergency communication system meets the needs of maritime emergency communication and can cooperate with shore based emergency communication systems to form an integrated emergency communication scheme of"space,space,and sea".
