为了适应新时代监督工作的新特点新需求,充分利用技术手段,完善监督机制,提高监督工作质量和效率,本文提出了监督指挥系统的设计.监督指挥系统依托人工智能、大数据、融合通信等技术手段,汇聚相关监督数据并进行分析研判,挖掘不同阶段的监督重点,并且通过远程指挥调度功能,实现对现场活动进行监督和指挥,辅助改善和解决数据分析、监督取证、指挥调度方面的问题;针对监督工作的实际需求,对监督指挥系统的总体架构和系统功能实现进行了简要介绍.
Design and Implementation of Inspection and Commanding System
In order to meet the new characteristics and requirements of the inspection work in the new era,make full use of technical means,perfect the inspection mechanism,improve the quality and efficiency of the inspection work,the design of the inspection and commanding system is put forward.Based on artificial intelligence,big data,converged communication and other technical means,the inspection and commanding system gathers and analyzes the relevant data of inspection,digs the key points of inspection in different stages.Through the remote command and dispatch function,the inspection activities are supervised and directed,assist to solve the problems of data analysis,inspection and evidence collection,command and dispatch.According to the actual demand of the inspection work,the overall structure and system functions of the inspection and commanding system are briefly introduced.
