基础数据信息系统在高铁应急处置中的应用与展望

截止2022年底,我国已建成世界上规模最大的高速铁路网,为人民提供了安全、快捷、便利的出行方式,使得高铁成为人民出行的首选.但是在高铁运行时一旦出现设备故障,如不能正确且及时的处置,将会严重干扰高铁正常的运行秩序,引起社会关注,影响高铁声誉.通过对既有高铁应急处置作业方式的分析,目前存在数据涉及面广、存储形式多样、查阅不便、综合应用效果差等痛点,为此提出搭建基础数据信息系统的构想,通过实际应用,实现了设备信息查询效率提高2.2倍以上,准确率提高到99.66%,系统查看现场设备信息使用率高达100%.
Application and Prospect of Basic Data Information System in Emergency Response of High Speed Railway
As of the end of 2022,China has built the world's largest high-speed railway network,providing people with safe,fast,and convenient modes of transportation,making high-speed rail the preferred choice for people's travel.However,once equipment malfunctions occur during the operation of high-speed rail,if not handled correctly and in a timely manner,it will seriously disrupt the normal operation order of high-speed rail,attract social attention,and affect the reputation of high-speed rail.Through the analysis of existing emergency response methods for high-speed rail,there are currently pain points such as wide coverage of data,diverse storage forms,inconvenient access,and poor comprehensive application effects.Therefore,the concept of building a basic data information system is proposed.Through practical application,the efficiency of equipment information query has been improved by more than 2.2 times,the accuracy has been improved to 99.66%,and the utilization rate of on-site equipment information viewing by the system has reached 100%.
