In today's increasingly competitive market,characterized by a convergence of product functionalities in the experience-driven economy,the importance of user experience has become more prominent than ever.In order to attract and retain users,businesses and brands must strive to create exceptional user experiences.However,there are three significant challenges in current product design efforts:poor user feedback,lack of consistency in product design,and irregular demand management.With a focus on delivering outstanding user experiences,we have undertaken an analysis of the user's interaction with the product from the fundamental perspective of cognitive theory.We aim to explore a set of design optimization principles and solutions,resulting in preliminary practical outcomes.
