基于高德地图POI的地震应急基础数据库点状要素更新方法研究

摘要
地震应急基础数据库是一个综合性数据库,它在地震应急和震害防御过程中扮演着重要的角色,是地震应急指挥技术体系中的重要一环.随着在线地图的发展,兴趣点数据具有种类多样和覆盖面全等特点.当前地震应急基础数据更新过程存在数据更新不及时等问题,文章以辽宁省为例,利用高德地图更新补充了辽宁省地震应急基础数据库,对数据进行坐标转换、坐标纠偏、标准化处理和精细化分类处理等,并在此基础上绘制了兴趣点分布图,旨在提升地震应急处置能力.
Abstract
The earthquake emergency basic database is a comprehensive database that plays an important role in earthquake emergency and disaster prevention processes,and is an important part of the earthquake emergency command technology system.With the development of online maps,interest point data has the characteristics of diverse types and full coverage.The current process of updating earthquake emergency basic data has problems such as untimely data updates.Taking Liaoning Province as an example,this article uses the Gaode Map to update and supplement the Liaoning Province Earthquake Emergency Basic Database,and performs coordinate transformation,coordinate correction,standardization,and fine classification processing on the data.Based on this,a distribution map of interest points is drawn,aiming to improve earthquake emergency response capabilities.
