螺带式搅拌器内部流体仿真中的数学基础理论应用与实践

摘要
文章采用仿真技术,以三维流体动力学为理论基础,利用Simdroid平台对螺带式搅拌器的内部流体进行了数值模拟.通过对搅拌器内部流体进行动态分析和数学统计,得出了流体的速度场并对其进行了分析和解释.数学基础理论在螺带式搅拌器内部流体仿真中具有重要的应用价值,能够深入研究搅拌器内部的流体运动规律,为搅拌器的设计和改进提供更加科学的理论依据.
Abstract
The article adopts simulation technology,based on three-dimensional fluid dynamics theory,and uses the Simdroid platform to numerically simulate the internal fluid of the spiral belt agitator.Through dynamic analysis and mathematical statistics of the fluid inside the agitator,the velocity field of the fluid was obtained and analyzed and explained.The basic mathematical theory has important application value in the internal fluid simulation of spiral belt agitators,which can deeply study the fluid motion laws inside the agitator and provide more scientific theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the agitator.
