摘要
大数据在高职教育评价多维度管理过程中的应用有着不可取代的地位,高职院校在教育评价活动中应当制定更加完善的评价方案,结合大数据文本资料,在学生表现评估、教师绩效评估、课程改进设计、学生支持辅导、校园安全管理等多个方面,制定出更加完善的管理体系和架构.而学校也应当优化现有的数据使用模式和方法,引进多元化的管理举措,从而保证高职院校的教学水平和效率得到有效提升.文章对大数据在高职教育评价多维度管理中的应用进行分析探讨.
Abstract
Big data plays an irreplaceable role in the process of multi-dimensional management of vocational education evaluation.Higher vocational colleges should work out a more perfect evaluation plan.And schools should also optimize the existing data use patterns and methods,the introduction of diversified management measures,so as to ensure that the teaching level and efficiency of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the application of big data in multidimensional management of higher vocational education evaluation.
