基于SPSS分析的老年教育教师满意度因素

摘要
老龄化社会背景下,为了满足老年人的学习需求,以及帮助老年人继续社会化,山西老年开放大学通过问卷调查、访问等方式对全省老年教育现状进行了调查研究,了解了目前我省老年教育的现状,并对问卷数据进行相关分析与有序logistic回归分析,找出影响老年教育工作者满意度的影响因素,同时分析各因素的显著程度.
Abstract
In population ageing context,in order to meet the learning needs of the elderly and to help the elderly continue to socialize,Shanxi Open University for the elderly through questionnaires,interviews and other means of the elderly education in the province conducted a survey of the status quo,understanding the current situation of elderly education in our province,the questionnaire data were analyzed by correlation analysis and ordinal logistic regression to find out the influencing factors on the satisfaction of the elderly educators,and the significant degree of each factor was analyzed.
