Research on the Intelligent Information Service Model of University Libraries Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology
Under the traditional library information service model, the main reliance is on manual consultation to meet the retrieval needs of users.Due to the lack of detailed analysis of user profiles, the retrieval effect of book resources is poor. This article proposes an intelligent information service model for university libraries based on artificial intelligence technology.Firstly,by collecting static and dynamic behavioral data of users,a user profile is constructed.Based on this, descriptors and the mapping relationship of search keywords are combined to achieve mobile visual search. Then, expert consultation and machine consultation are added to the conventional manual consultation mode to improve the user's consultation experience. Finally, different service models are constructed based on the user's retrieval needs, book recommendation needs, interactive needs, and guidance needs.Experimental analysis shows that the library intelligent information service model constructed using this method has a high recall rate for book resource retrieval and can achieve ideal resource retrieval results.
