2022年7月19日,工业和信息化部正式发布国家标准GB 4943.1-2022《音视频、信息技术和通信技术设备 第1部分:安全要求》[1],新国标于2023年8月1日全面实施,替代GB 4943.1-2011、GB 8898-2011标准.该文着重分析新国标GB 4943.1-2022比GB 4943.1-2011要求相对宽松的部分,在此经济环境下,为设计者及生产企业从工作于试验室的安规工程师的角度来提供新国标GB 4943.1-2022部分信息的解读.
Abstract
On July 19,2022,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially issued the national standard GB 4943.1-2022 Audio/video,information and communication technology equipment-Part 1:Safety requirements[1].The new national standard has been fully implemented on August 1,2023,replacing the GB 4943.1-2011 and GB 8898-2011 standards.This paper focuses on the relatively loose requirements of the new national standard GB 4943.1-2022 compared with GB 4943.1-2011.In this economic environment,it provides designers and manufacturers with an interpretation of the information of the new national standard GB 4943.1-2022 from the perspective of safety engineers working in the laboratory.
