Analysis and Application of Delivery Mode for Indonesia FTTX General Contracting Project
FiberHome Communications International has been undertaking the general contracting project for the construction of optical networks in Indonesia since 2013,with a total construction delivery of over 1 million FTTX users.The project covers all provinces of Indonesia,and the delivered products include OLT,ONT,STB series of active optical access network products,as well as passive optical access network products such as ODC,ODP,junction boxes,and optical cables.As of the end of 2022,the supply of active products has exceeded 5 million lines.The clients of the general contracting project include state-owned enterprises such as Indonesia Telecom and Indonesia Power,as well as private mobile and fixed line operators in Indonesia.Obtained customer turnkey delivery orders from Indonesia Telecom for 6 consecutive years,with a project share exceeding 20%;Maintain a leading position in the FTTX total package delivery share among fixed line operators.Starting from the delivery process and pain points of Indonesia's FTTX general contracting project,this article analyzes and summarizes years of general contracting project delivery practices,in order to provide some reference for the application of Indonesia's general contracting delivery model in other delivery scenarios.
