摘要

该文提出利用数据挖掘技术分析实验室设备的故障规律,并根据分析结果制定有效的维护策略——通过收集和分析设备运行数据和维护记录,识别设备的常见故障模式,提高故障诊断的准确性和效率.基于数据分析,探究预防性维护和修复性维护策略,以降低设备的故障率,减少维修时间和经济成本.

Abstract

This article proposes to use data mining technology to analyze the fault patterns of laboratory equipment,and based on the analysis results,develop effective maintenance strategies-by collecting and analyzing equipment operating data and maintenance records,identify common fault modes of equipment,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.Based on data analysis,explore preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failure rates,repair time,and economic costs.
