摘要
该文设计并实现了基于视频处理模块的高清编解码器,能够对高清视频进行H.265编解码处理.该设备接口丰富,可对多种格式和分辨率的视频进行编码,同时能在视频上直接叠加字幕,目前已成功应用于卫星通信领域.
Abstract
This paper designs and implements a high-definition codec based on a video processing module,which can perform H.265 encoding and decoding processing on high-definition videos.This device has rich interfaces and can encode videos in various formats and resolutions.It can also directly overlay subtitles on videos and has been successfully applied in the field of satellite communication.
