浅谈分级模式在消防通信岗位培训中的应用

摘要
消防通信为消防救援队伍顺利开展灭火救援行动提供了重要信息支撑,定期对消防通信员进行岗位培训,能有效加强专业知识技能的交流与学习,促进能提高消防救援队伍整体通信保障能力的提高.该文通过提出在消防通信岗位培训中引入分级模式,对其在培训中的实际应用情况进行探讨,以期为利用分级模式旨在为提升消防通信岗位培训的质量和效果提供参考.
Abstract
Fire communication provides important information support for the smooth implementation of firefighting and rescue operations by firefighting and rescue teams.Regular job training for firefighting communication personnel,strengthening the exchange and learning of professional knowledge and skills,can improve the overall communication guarantee ability of firefighting and rescue teams.This article proposes the introduction of a hierarchical model in fire communication training and explores its practical application in training,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality and effectiveness of fire communication training.
