Advanced Anesthesia Information Management System to Improve the Quality of Anesthesia Documents
Objective:To explore the effect of improving anesthesia information management system(AIMS)on the quality of anesthesia documents.Methods:Through the improvement of the detailed functions of the four AIMS systems,6 000 anesthesia documents were randomly selected before and after the improvement.The qualified quantity,qualified rate,defect items,defect rate of anesthesia documents were statistically analyzed,and the influence of the improvement of AIMS detailed functions on the quality of anesthesia documents and the working time of anesthesiologists was discussed.Results:The qualified rate of the improved anesthesia documents was 34.9%higher than before the improvement,the four major systems were significantly improved,and the 9 defect rates were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The paper work time of anesthesiologists was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved AIMS can obviously improve the quality of anesthesia documents and reduce the defect rate.Greatly reduce the anesthesiologist's working time,improve the quality control efficiency;The improvement of the detail function of anesthesia information system promotes the anesthesia quality management to be more real-time,complete and accurate.
