摘要
该文研究消防通信员的分层分级培训模式,旨在提升消防通信员的培训效果和专业能力.首先,分析了现有的培训模式存在的问题和不足;然后,提出了分层分级培训模式的概念,并详细阐述了其理论基础和实施流程;最后,通过对该培训模式进行评估和分析,验证了其在提高消防通信员培训效果方面的作用.
Abstract
This article studies the hiera chical training model for fire communicators,aiming to improve the training effectiveness and professional ability of fire communicators.Firstly,the problems and shortcomings of the existing training models were pointed out;Then,the concept of hierarchical and graded training mode was proposed,and its theoretical basis and implementation process were elaborated in detail;Finally,by evaluating and analyzing the training mode,its role in improving the training effectiveness of fire communicators was verified.
