High Precision Calibration of Microwave Resonant Cavities
This article introduces the method of calibrating microwave resonant cavity vacuum frequency using high-precision meteorological parameter measuring instruments,and provides detailed calculation formulas,calibration steps,and conditions.And actual tests and comparisons were conducted on the resonant cavity calibrated using meteorological parameter calibration under different conditions.The test results showed that this calibration method can replace vacuum calibration,and the calibrated resonant cavity can be applied to actual measurements.
