数据深度合成技术应用的法律风险和规制路径研究

摘要
深度合成技术提升生活便利但也带来数据安全新风险,需总结法律风险,如数据安全、人格利益等,并梳理法律规制困境.为平衡发展与安全,该文提出完善立法、明确版权、加强技术监管合作的法律规制建议,以此促进技术合理应用,防范潜在风险.
Abstract
Deep synthesis technology improves the convenience of life but also brings new risks to data security.It is necessary to summarize the legal risks,such as data security,personality interests,and sort out the difficulties of legal regulation.To balance development and security,legal regulatory suggestions are proposed:improve legislation,clarify copyright,and strengthen technical supervision cooperation.This promotes the rational application of technology and prevents potential risks.
