摘要
互联网技术的冲击,工科大学生就业面临机遇与挑.该文通过调查研究,揭示了工科大学生就业价值观的现状及存在的问题,从加强创新创业意识教育、职业能力培养、就业价值观教育和职业生涯规划等四个方面,提出了具体的应对策略.
Abstract
With the impact of Internet technology,engineering students are faced with opportunities and challenges in employment.Through investigation and research,this paper reveals the current situation and existing problems of engineering students'employment values,and puts forward specific coping strategies from four aspects:strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship awareness education,professional ability training,employment values education and career planning.
