摘要

信息化时代,教育数字化转型已成为不可逆的趋势.在教育数字化转型推进的过程中,教师作为教学工作的主要参与者以及教育数字化转型的参与者,需要具备一定的数字素养和技术能力.文章就教育数字化转型背景下如何提升高职院校教师的数字素养这一主题展开探究,以期能够进一步提升教师现代化教学的能力和水平,实现高等职业教育改革发展的目标.

Abstract

In the era of informatization,the digital transformation of education has become an irreversible trend.In the process of promoting the digital transformation of education,teachers,as the main participants in teaching work and in the digital transformation of education,need to possess certain digital literacy and technical abilities.The article explores the theme of how to enhance the digital literacy of vocational college teachers in the context of educational digital transformation,with the aim of further enhancing their modern teaching ability and level,and achieving the goal of higher vocational education reform and development.
