摘要
该文对人防工程数据的归集与分类标准化方面进行初探,分析了数据标准化归集与分类研究的现状和问题,提出了人防工程数据标准化归集与分类的原则和方案,并解析了所提方案的特点,提出从全域、全要素层面对人防工程数据进行归集与分类建议.人防工程数据标准化归集与分类是数据管理标准化建设的第一步,具有重大的现实意义,可为大数据时代背景下利用信息技术和数字化手段提高人防工程信息化应用水平提供具有可操作性的参考.
Abstract
This article explores the standardization of data collection and classification in civil air defense engineering,analyzes the current status and problems of data standardization research,proposes principles and schemes for the standardization of data collection and classification in civil air defense engineering,and analyzes the characteristics of the proposed scheme.It proposes to collect and classify civil air defense engineering data from the global and all element levels.The standardized collection and classification of civil air defense engineering data is the first step in the construction of data management standardization,which has significant practical significance.It provides actionable references for improving the level of information application in civil air defense engineering through the use of information technology and digital means in the context of the big data era.
