基于光纤交换技术的信息通信调度坐席管理系统设计,实现了高效、实时的信息通信管理.在硬件方面,设计数字交换机和服务器,使得整个系统管理更加高效,也更具可操作性.软件方面,对系统关键协作层次进行划分,设计坐席多任务协作数据表,基于光纤交换技术实现坐席数据管理,从而完成系统设计,测试结果表明,该系统性能优越,符合设计要求.
Design of Information Communication Scheduling Seat Management System Based on Fiber Optic Switching Technology
The design of an information and communication scheduling seat management system based on fiber optic switching technology has achieved efficient and real-time information and communication management.In terms of hardware,design digital switches and servers to make the entire system management more efficient and operable.In terms of software,the key collaboration levels of the system were divided,and a data table for multi task collaboration among seats was designed.Based on fiber optic switching technology,seat data management was implemented to complete the system design.The test results showed that the system had superior performance and met the design requirements.
