摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,如何构建高效的基层应急管理信息化体系显得尤为重要.该文探讨了该体系的构建,分析了政府应急管理能力的内涵,总结了当前建设成效与问题,并提出了建立融合指挥体系、强化通信、提升预警等对策建议.
Abstract
With the development of China's economy and society,how to build an efficient grassroots emergency management information system has become particularly important.This paper explores the construction of this system,analyzes the connotation of government emergency management capabilities,summarizes the current achievements and problems of construction,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing an integrated command system,strengthening communication,and improving early warning.
