物联网、云计算等新技术的发展推动了其在工业生产领域的深度应用,由此带来相应的工业生产方式发生了较大变化.烟草企业终端需要进行采集的数据量与类型越来越多,业务的远程控制需要快速进行响应.在此背景下,迫切需要对整个烟草企业物联网平台进行设计与实现.系统采用端边云协同处理技术完成整个数据采集、传输与云处理,以此推动生产方式、生产模式等创新,实现工业生产效率的提升和资源的优化.
Design and Implementation of an Internet of Things Platform for Tobacco Enterprises Based on End-to-end Cloud Collaboration
The development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud computing has driven their deep application in industrial production,leading to significant changes in industrial production methods.The amount and type of data that needs to be collected at the end of the tobacco industry's production process is increasing,and remote control of business operations needs to be responded to quickly.In this context,there is an urgent need to design and implement an IoT platform for the entire tobacco industry.The system uses end-edge-cloud collaborative processing technology to complete the entire data collection,transmission,and cloud processing,thereby driving innovations in production methods and modes and achieving efficiency improvements and resource optimization in industrial production.
