Design of a Carbon Skateboard Temperature Monitoring and Control System Based on Fiber Optic Temperature Measurement
In high-speed railway and urban rail transit systems,with the increase of train operating speed and the complex and changing operating environment,carbon skateboards are prone to wear acceleration,performance degradation,and even failure due to high temperature under high voltage and high current conditions,seriously affecting the efficiency and safety of train operation.Therefore,real-time and accurate monitoring and control of carbon plate temperature has become an important issue in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rail transit.The core of this study lies in the development of a fiber optic temperature sensor system,researching the terminal fluorescence temperature measurement node and the supporting wireless monitoring hardware architecture.This architecture covers the design of key circuit modules from power management,temperature measurement alarm mechanism,serial communication interface to wireless network transmission,ensuring smooth operation from fluorescence signal capture to data transmission and reception ends,laying a solid theoretical foundation and technical support for the intelligence and safety assurance level of rail transit.
