Based on the background and goals of the platform,the overall design,business relationship design,and platform function design of the regional medical insurance chronic disease continuation platform are explored.The proposed platform design scheme optimizes the online prescription renewal process,breaking the limitations of traditional chronic disease prescription renewal in terms of time and location,and simplifying the doctor-patient operation process.This not only promotes the deepening application of convenient medical insurance services,but also further improves the quality and efficiency of hospital operations and enhances the overall service level of the hospital.
