摘要

该文设计一款用于音频系统的切换器,有8路输入通道(1~8)和2路输出通道,可进行手动和自动循环切换,在手动模式下,能够通过按键选择不同通道的输出信号,监听对应通道广播信号;在自动模式下,循环输出信号,循环监听接收的广播信号,循环时间通过按键结合OLED设定.该文介绍的用单片机控制原理开发出的中波广播音频循环切换器,实现了中波广播信号监测功能,包括监测中波发射台站音频广播信号源和接收解调后的广播信号.该文提出了在传统的音频切换器设计上采用A/D电平检测是否有音频输入的改进方法,达到智能音频循环的目的,供同行参考.本设计主要包括单片机电路、音频选通电路、A/D电平检测电路、按键及指示灯电路、显示屏电路、串口通信电路部分.

Abstract

This paper designs a switcher for audio system,with 8 input channels(1~8)and 2 output channels,which can be switched manually and automatically.In manual mode,the output signal of different channels can be selected by pressing the button to monitor the broadcast signal of the corresponding channel;In the automatic mode,the output signal is cycled,the received broadcast signal is cycled,and the cycle time is set by the button combined with the OLED.In this paper,a medium wave broadcast audio loop switcher is developed based on the control principle of single chip microcomputer,which realizes the monitoring work of medium wave broadcast signal,including monitoring the audio broadcast signal source of medium wave transmitting station and receiving the demodulated broadcast signal.This design proposes an improved method to detect whether there is audio input by A/D level on the traditional audio switcher design,so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent audio cycle.The design mainly includes MCU circuit,audio circuit,A/D level detection circuit,key and indicator circuit,display circuit,serial communication circuit.
