Construction of Operation and Maintenance Service Management System for Information Technology Projects
This article explores the construction of an information technology(data,information and communication technology)project operation and maintenance service management system based on the ITIL 4 framework.The article provides a detailed analysis of hardware resource management,software resource management,and the application of management protocols and tools,highlighting the importance of efficiently managing IT assets in modern technological environments.Special attention was paid to the role of management protocols such as SNMP,SSH,and CLI in server,switch,and router management,as well as the criticality of monitoring and performance analysis tools.In addition,the importance of digital management platforms in optimizing operation and maintenance decisions was discussed,providing a practical and comprehensive operation and maintenance management framework for information technology projects.
