该文提出了一种技术方案,即通过丝杆托盘机构及夹爪拉杆机构将整盘Wi-Fi小板放置在上料区,采用工业相机对Wi-Fi小板进行视觉定位,并由4轴机器人带动吸盘机构实现产品的取放作业.机器人根据专用测试箱的测试结果将产品按照PASS/NG进行打包及废料处理,并在测试中实现了NG物料快速换箱重测功能,进一步提高产品测试良率.
Technical Analysis and Problem Solution of Wi-Fi Automatic Testing Workstation
This article proposes a technical solution,the entire Wi-Fi board is placed in the loading area through a screw tray mechanism and a clamp rod mechanism.An industrial camera is used to visually locate the Wi-Fi small board,and a 4-axis robot is used to drive the suction cup mechanism to achieve product picking and placing operations.The robot packages and disposes the products according to PASS/NG based on the test results from the dedicated testing box.And the function of quickly changing boxes and retesting NG materials was implemented in the testing,further improving the product testing yield.
