该文设计了基于长期演进技术(Long Term Evolution,LTE)和数字移动无线电(Digital Mobile Radio,DMR)的便携式宽窄融合应急通信系统,旨在为自然灾害或人为事件导致的通信覆盖不足地区提供适应性强、易于携带并能迅速配置的应急通信方案.该系统由终端用户设备、窄带基站、LTE专网基站、无线Mesh设备、宽窄带综合设备、便携式应急电源和指挥调度控制台等组成,能够在复杂环境条件下实现宽窄带设备融合互通,并提供语音、视频、数据及定位等多种服务.该系统实现的宽带集群和窄带数字通信的有效融合,为应急救援行动提供了有力的通信支撑.
Design and Research of Portable Wide Narrow Fusion Emergency Communication System Based on"LTE+DMR"
This article designs a portable wide and narrow fusion emergency communication system based on"LTE+DMR",aiming to provide an adaptable,easy to carry,and quickly configurable emergency communication solution for areas with insufficient communication coverage caused by natural disasters or human events.The system consists of end-user devices,narrowband base stations,LTE private network base stations,wireless Mesh devices,wideband and narrowband integrated devices,portable emergency power supplies,and command and dispatch consoles.It can achieve the integration and interoperability of narrowband and narrowband devices under complex environmental conditions,and provide various services such as voice,video,data,and positioning.The effective integration of broadband cluster and narrowband digital communication achieved by this system provides strong communication support for emergency rescue operations.
