WeChat official account is an important platform for the public to obtain health information and improve health literacy.This paper collected data on the use of map navigation services in"Weifang Center for Disease Control and Prevention"WeChat official account vaccination clinics and rabies exposure treatment clinics from 2019 to 2022,and applied Joinpoint regression to analyze the time trend of the use of map navigation services.Joinpoint regression shows that there are three turning points in the monthly click through rate(APC)of vaccination clinic map navigation services,with a statistically significant upward trend from January to March 2019(t=2.33,P=0.03),June 2019 to October 2021(t=4.88,P<0.01),and a downward trend from October 2021 to December 2022(t=-4.56,P<0.01);There are three turning points in the monthly click through rate(APC)of the rabies exposure treatment outpatient map navigation service,and the downward trend from September 2019 to December 2022(t=-4.19,P<0.01)is statistically significant.The click rate of map navigation service was not enough high,therefore the service quality of map navigation still needs to be further improved.
