摘要
随着各种各样的社交软件的普及,手机短信功能发展停滞,大多时候仅仅只用于接收短信验证码.随着5G时代来临,5G消息也被赋予了新的功能和使命.该文对5G消息承载运维生产待办任务展开了相关探索研究,通过应用5G消息能力,实现5G消息模板定义、基础素材管理、接收用户管理、发送记录查询,并与移动运营商运维系统深度交互,实现工单审批推送、作业计划待办、工单主动查询、重要指标监控、资源便捷查改、自助报表查阅等日常运维相关操作.
Abstract
With the popularity of various social software,the development of mobile phone short message function has stagnated,most of the time only used to receive short message authentication code.With the advent of 5G era,5G message has been given a new function and mission.In this paper,5G message carrying operations and maintenance of production TO-DO tasks carried out related research,through the application of 5G message capacity,5G message template definition,basic material management,receive user management,send record query,and in-depth interaction with mobile operators operation and maintenance system,work Order Approval Push,work plan to be done,work order active inquiry,important indicators monitoring,easy access to resources,self-service report forms,such as daily operations and maintenance-related operations.
