Exploring the Multi-Collaborative Governance Strategy for Telecommunications Network Fraud in Universities
Currently, college students are vulnerable to telecommunications network fraud, and effectively preventing such fraud has become one of the top priorities for higher education institutions. However,as a complex social problem, telecommunications network fraud cannot be completely eradicated solely through the efforts of higher education institutions.By deeply analyzing the specific context in which college students are frauded, and examining it from the perspective of anti-fraud governance in higher education institutions,it is not difficult to find that the students'own lack of awareness and legal consciousness, coupled with the rapid invasion of telecommunications network fraud means on the social level, constitutes the main cause. The traditional anti-fraud methods of higher education institutions are limited and difficult to penetrate into students'lives. Moreover, cooperation between the police and schools is insufficient. In order to effectively govern, higher education institutions should integrate anti-fraud education and information security awareness into students'daily lives and strengthen their role as the main body.At the same time,it is necessary to work closely with all sectors of society to build a joint anti-fraud line of defense.By sharing information and complementing resources,a comprehensive anti-fraud system can be established to protect students from telecommunications fraud.
