摘要

近年来,随着医疗技术的不断发展,智慧病房建设已成为医院信息化建设中不可缺失的一环.该文针对传统病房管理模式中的信息传递不畅和医疗服务效率不高等问题,提出了一种创新的基于呼叫系统的智能化病房解决方案.该方案通过物联网技术实现了床旁呼叫系统、体征数据采集与回传系统、数据平台以及智能床垫监测系统的高效整合,从而提供了病患检验报告即时查询、个性化提醒、缴费通知、健康教育、体征数据实时采集与传输,以及医护信息快速更新等一系列智能化服务.这些措施不仅有效解决了病房内信息孤岛问题,而且显著提升了医疗服务质量和医护人员工作效率,同时极大优化了患者的住院体验.

Abstract

In recent years,concurrent with the continuous progress of medical technologies,the construction of smart wards has become an indispensable element in the informatization of hospitals.This article tackles the problems of inefficient information transmission and low efficacy of medical services within the traditional ward management model.It puts forward an innovative intelligent ward solution based on a call system.This solution attains efficient integration of the bedside call system,the collection and feedback system of physical sign data,the data platform,and the intelligent mattress monitoring system via Internet of Things(IoT)technology,thereby providing a series of intelligent services such as the immediate query of patient examination reports,personalized reminders,payment notifications,health education,real-time collection and transmission of physical sign data,as well as the rapid update of medical and nursing information.These measures not only effectively address the issue of information isolation within wards but also significantly enhance the quality of medical services and the working efficiency of medical staff,while greatly optimizing the inpatient experience of patients.
