智能计算中心是大模型场景下为AI技术应用提供公共算力服务的重要基础设施,承载着集中推理、模型训练等业务,而智能计算技术选型是影响算力性能的主要因素.在AI大模型应用场景下,传统的GPU配置已经无法满足AI领域对于公共算力以及带宽需求,需要优化智能计算技术,推动AI领域发展.基于此,该文对AI大模型下智能计算芯片选型及服务器散热技术选型进行分析,以期为智能计算中心的建设与发展提供参考.
Research on Intelligent Computing Technology Selection under AI Large Model
The intelligent computing center is an important infrastructure to provide public computing services for AI applications in large-scale model scenarios,carrying services such as centralized reasoning,model training,etc.,the selection of intelligent computing technology is the main factor that affects the performance of computing power.In large-scale AI applications,traditional GPU configuration can not meet the common computing power and bandwidth requirements of AI field,so it is necessary to optimize intelligent computing technology to promote the development of AI field.Based on this,this paper analyzes the selection of intelligent computing chip and server heat dissipation technology under AI large model,in order to provide reference for the construction and development of intelligent computing center.
