摘要

数字经济时代,行业人才岗位胜任力特征巨变,高职院校人才培育面临挑战.国家提出"三教"改革,旨在构建复合型人才队伍、深化职业教育体系、促进产教融合.为深化此改革,助力高职院校高质量发展,该文从"教师、教材、教法"三大层面提出实践路径.

Abstract

In the digital economy era,the competency characteristics of industry talent positions have undergone significant changes,posing challenges for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.The nation has proposed the"three-education"reform,aiming to build a versatile talent pool,deepen the vocational education system,and promote the integration of industry and education.To deepen this reform and facilitate the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes practical pathways from the three major aspects of"teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods".
