Research on The Construction Strategy of Double-qualified Teachers in Electronic Information Technology Professional Group in Applied Universities
This paper focuses on the construction of double professional teachers in electronic information technology professional groups in applied colleges and universities,and studies the construction of talents based on professional groups and related measures.Based on the policy background,industry demand and the characteristics of applied colleges and universities in the region,this paper puts forward the strategy of building professional groups of electronic information technology and training double-qualified teachers together with enterprises.Specific measures include the construction of professional group talent alliance,promoting the integration of professional groups and industries,the integration and institutionalization of production,teaching and research,the establishment of a step-by-step development mechanism and the dynamic adjustment mechanism for innovative application-oriented talent demand.It aims to improve the overall quality of application-oriented teachers,promote the deep integration of industry and education,and provide strong practical application-oriented talents support for the development of regional electronic information industry.
