摘要

地铁车辆的客室车门是运营中使用最频繁的设备之一,由于高频使用和复杂的运营环境,车门系统一旦发生故障会对地铁的运营安全和效率产生重大影响,当前的检修方式多为被动应对,缺乏有效的预测和主动干预机制.该文探讨了一种基于实时监控和数据分析的车门设备健康管理系统,旨在通过智能诊断和预警机制,改善地铁车门的维护策略,提升运营效率和乘客体验.

Abstract

The passenger compartment doors of subway vehicles are one of the most frequently used equipment in operation.Due to high-frequency use and complex operating environments,any malfunction of the train door system can have a significant impact on the safety and efficiency of subway operations.The current maintenance methods are mostly passive responses,lacking effective prediction and proactive intervention mechanisms.This article explores a door equipment health management system based on real-time monitoring and data analysis,aiming to improve the maintenance strategy of subway doors,enhance operational efficiency,and improve passenger experience through intelligent diagnosis and warning mechanisms.
