Psychology surveys are pivotal in the mental health education of colleges and universities.However,the significance of psychology surveys as an instrument has been evident,while the reliability of survey results varies.Leveraging digital platforms,optimizing the execution of psychology surveys and enhancing the efficacy of screening have become pressing concerns.This paper,from a mental health education standpoint,centers on psychology surveys facilitated by digital platforms.It transitions from the instrument-oriented"survey"approach to the education-centric"assessment"paradigm,thereby improving the effectiveness of mental health education and actively exploring efficient strategies and methodologies of mental health education.
