This article explores practical strategies for cultivating talents in computer science and technology education.Firstly,the definition of"dual teacher"teachers was introduced,emphasizing their important role in the educational process.Then,the application effects of the"dual teacher"education model were analyzed,and practical cases were discussed.The research results indicate that the implementation of the"dual teacher"education model can not only significantly improve students'vocational skills,but also promote the development of vocational subject education towards a more professional direction,and promote continuous improvement of teaching methods to meet educational needs and technological updates.
