Clinical Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Post-circulation Ischemia Vertigo
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of post-circulation ischemia vertigo.Methods A total of 85 patients with post-circulation ischemia vertigo admitted to Zhengzhou Zhongkang Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(43 cases)and a control group(42 cases).The control group was treated with ginkgo damo injection,the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on the basis of control group.The score of vertigo degree,hemorheology and average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery of the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV)and plasma fibrinogen(FIB)levels in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of HBV,LBV,PV and FIB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left and right vertebral artery in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the average blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left and right vertebral artery in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with ginkgo damo injection has good efficacy in the treatment of circulating ischemic vertigo,which can effectively improve the hemodynamics of vertebrobasilar artery,reduce blood viscosity and post-circulation vertigo symptoms with good safety.
