摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)作为痴呆症最常见的形式,其发病率、患病率及病死率仍持续增高,目前的治疗策略只能改善症状,对于脑组织不可逆损伤,尚无特效的治疗方案.然而,在AD治疗过程中有很长的前驱期,早期识别和诊断对于减缓AD的进展尤为重要.神经影像学技术作为其诊断的一个重要工具发挥了独特的作用,本文笔者就AD影像学研究进展予以综述.
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD),as the most common form of dementia,its incidence rate,morbidity and mortality continue to increase.Current treatment strategies can only improve symptoms,but there is no specific treatment plan for irreversible brain tissue damage.However,there is a long prodromal period during the treatment of AD,and early identification and diagnosis seem to be particularly important for slowing down the progression of AD.Neuroimaging technology has played a unique role as an important tool for its diagnosis.The author of this article provides a review of the research progress in AD imaging.
