基于经络辨治对改善失眠患者神经递质的数据挖掘

目的:采用数据挖掘的方法,探索运用经络理论在调节失眠患者神经递质方面的辨治规律。方法:检索2003 年 1 月至 2023 年 5 月期间在中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库等数据库中关于以经络理论辨证论治失眠患者后,针对改善失眠患者神经递质变化的相关文献,提取纳入文献的取穴处方,对高频穴位进行频次分析,并进行归经,关联分析及聚类分析,对所涉及的经络进行网络可视化分析。结果:本研究共纳入文献 41 篇,其中穴位处方 41 首。涉及穴位 54 个,其中使用频次≥3 次的穴位 27 个,共涉及 12 条经脉。使用频次最高的穴位为百会,穴位归经后使用频次最高的经络为督脉;关联分析显示高频使用穴位关联程度较高的穴位为照海、百会、神门、三阴交,高频使用经络之间的关联度最高的为足厥阴肝经→足太阳膀胱经,相关性较好的经络为足厥阴肝经、足太阳膀胱经、督脉、足少阳胆经、手少阳三焦经。高频穴位聚类可得到核心取穴组合7 个。结论:经络理论辨治失眠患者,核心穴位处方为百会、神门、三阴交,治疗以督脉上穴位相关性最强,通过不同的穴位处方组合,可以改善患者的神经递质,从而达到改善睡眠的效果。
Data Mining for Improving Neurotransmitters in Insomnia Patients Based on Meridian Differentiation and Treatment
Objective To explore the differentiation and treatment laws of regulating neurotransmitters in insomnia patients using meridian theory and data mining methods.Methods After searching the literature on the treatment of insomnia patients based on the theory of meridians and collaterals in databases from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Database and other databases from January 2003 to May 2023,and aiming at improving the changes of neurotransmitters in insomnia patients,the point selection prescription of the included literature was extracted,the frequency analysis of high-frequency acupoints was carried out,and the channel normalization.correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out,and the network visualization analysis of the involved meridians was carried out.Results A total of 41 references were included in this study,including 41 acupoint prescriptions.There were 54 acupoints involved,among which 27 acupoints were used more than 3 times,involving a total of 12 meridians.The acupoint with the highest frequency of use was Baihui,and the meridian with the highest frequency of use after returning to the meridian was Du Meridian.The correlation analysis showed that the acupoints with high correlation degree during high-frequency use were Zhaohai,Baihui,Shenmen,and Sanyinjiao.The highest correlation degree among the meridians with high frequency was Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian → Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian.The meridians with good correlation were Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian,Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian,Du Meridian,Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,and Hand Shaoyang Triple Burner Meridian.High frequency acupoint clustering can obtain 7 core acupoint selection combinations.Conclusion The core acupoint prescriptions for treating insomnia based on the theory of meridians are Baihui,Shenmen,and Sanyinjiao.The acupoints on the Du Meridian have the strongest correlation,and different combinations of acupoint prescriptions can improve the patient's neurotransmitters,thereby achieving the therapeutic effect of improving sleep.
