补阳还五汤治疗老年脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的:研究补阳还五汤加减对老年脑梗死恢复期患者的临床治疗效果.方法:选取仙游县总医院2021年12 月至 2022 年 12 月期间收治的 56 例脑梗死恢复期老年患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各 28 例.其中对照组患者接受常规的西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予补阳还五汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果.结果:治疗后观察组患者Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组患者各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加入补阳还五汤加减治疗,对于老年的脑梗死恢复期患者来讲,临床上会产生理想的治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in elderly patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage.Methods A total of 56 elderly patients in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction admitted to Xianyou General Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given modified Buyang Huanwu decoction treatment on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Barthel index score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding modified Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can produce ideal clinical therapeutic effect for elderly patients in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction.
