从"脾病生火"论治复发性口疮

摘要
复发性口疮为临床常见口腔黏膜疾病.古今医家多认为本病病位与脾相关,病邪与火热邪气密切关联.故总结归纳各家经验,以"脾病生火"为核心探讨复发性口疮辨治思路,分为脾胃伏火、湿热蕴结、清阳不升、土虚火浮、血热血瘀五个证型,治当健脾和胃以固本虚、因势利导以泻邪实、升清降浊以调气机、活血化瘀以畅血行,辨正邪主次与火热虚实,随证治之.
Abstract
Recurrent aphthous stomatitis is a common clinical oral mucosal disease.Both ancient and modern medical practitioners believe that the location of the disease is closely related to the spleen,and the pathogenic factors are closely associated with heat and hot pathogens.Therefore,summarizing the experiences of various schools of thought,the core of exploring the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent aphthous stomatitis is"spleen disease generates heat".It is divided into five syndrome types:spleen and stomach hidden heat,damp-heat accumulation,clear yang failure to rise,earth deficiency with floating fire,and blood heat and blood stasis.The treatment should invigorate the spleen and stomach to consolidate the foundation,eliminate pathogenic factors by taking advantage of the situation,regulate qi movement by raising the clear and reducing turbidity,and promote blood circulation and resolve stasis to promote blood flow.Distinguishing between right and wrong,prioritizing treatment of heat and deficiency,and treating accordingly.
