摘要
目的:探讨富马酸喹硫平片联合碳酸锂对双相情感障碍(BD)躁狂发作患者炎症反应、认知功能的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月于郑州市第八人民医院收治的 68 例BD躁狂发作患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(给予碳酸锂治疗)与观察组(给予富马酸喹硫平片联合碳酸锂治疗),各 34 例,两组患者均持续治疗1 个月后,比较治疗前后的炎症反应指标、认知功能指标、不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,外周血淋巴细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞绝对值均比对照组低,认知功能损害比对照组轻,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:富马酸喹硫平片联合碳酸锂可减轻BD躁狂发作患者炎症反应,改善认知功能,且不会增加不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with lithium carbonate on inflammatory response and cognitive function in patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Methods A total of 68 BD patients with manic episodes admitted to the Eighth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(given lithium carbonate treatment)and the observation group(given quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with lithium carbonate treatment)according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.After continuous treatment for 1 month,patients in both groups were treated.The inflammatory response indexes,cognitive function indexes and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis faction-α(TNF-α),absolute values of peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the cognitive function impairment was less than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with lithium carbonate can reduce inflammation and improve cognitive function in BD patients with manic episodes without increasing adverse reactions.
